Everyone wanted to murder Xuan De,so he changed his music to "Jenny"!Which I and James hollered along with...After that,he played "Secret-Bu Neng Shuo Chu De Mi Mi".Surprisingly,everyone on the bus hummed in unison to the piano part at the beginning.Then when the words came,everyone stopped,except for Xuan De!He was like "Leng Ka Fei..." (somemore,he zao xia) then he frozed.Everyone turned their heads to him and laughed so hard we almost fell off our seats!!!HAHAHAHAHAHA omg,so pai seh!
Anyway,guess who was there to witness the historical event?!987 DJs,The Muttons,Shan Wee,Ross,Glenn Ong and many many more from other radio stations!And I...took photos with them!=D Jealous anot?Shall post them as soon as James sends me.And Shan is really really tall in person.
A few crazy people participated in the 'see who can hold the torch the longest' competition at 12pm.Of which are Cat High teacher,Mr Tan and our own student from sec 2 sports class,Wee Kiat.Can you imagine standing in the middle of the Fountain Of Wealth,under the hot sun,facing an MC hollering at you through speakers infront of you,holding a torch(plastic) up in the air,forbidden to drop ur arm?'Cos they can and they did!
Unfortunately,as the event was coming to an end and there were still alot of people left standing,they decided to become more strict with the rules.They now had to stand on a spot,motionless,not a move.And slowly but surely,one by one just drop out because they moved!Until eventually there left one.5 HOURS AND 30+ MIN !!! OMG!!!He won a Samsung handphone and more Samsung stuffs.He deserved it.
As the record breaking thing commences at 5,there were some games to keep us occupied.Like Bowling,Basketball,Archery,Treadmill competition,Xbox and many many more.I played Basketball.You have to make 3 shots outta 5 to earn yourself a movie ticket.Didn't make it though.
But I got it at Bowling!It was just one lane,un-oiled,wooden.You have one try to score a strike.After that,you are entitled to one more try.2 strikes and its a movie ticket!My friends pressurized me cos I used to bowl.But it's been long since I touched my bowling ball.However,surprsingly,I did it!The pins are so unstable and easy to drop lol.The girl was like while handing me the ticket,"Nah.Go watch with your girlfriend!".HAHAHA So who's gonna be my date?=D
Then Sherlin Tan and her band performed on stage!And I must say,she has a VERY VERY VERY nice blessed voice!And she never zao xia,unlike those who sing live.And everyone,especially James and I were so high!We were singing,or rather shouting along the lyrics,jumping with our torches in the airlike it's some rock concert.LOL ah hem,I think I have a sore throat...
All in all,I had looooads of fun,2 and a half hours of CIP,a goody bag,a torch to bring home,a sore throat,worn out legs and a very very very red face and arms!
