Now,our next request is from Isaac.He wants this to be dedicated to all that knows him and to let them know that Teng is a bastard and cheated him.lol.

I am so proud of myself!I completed the torturous inhumane warm up smoothly!Look's like I'm getting my form back.Such a huge sense of achievement.

Coach's peak finally blew off today.He just poured out all his anger at us!He was getting very personal at us.Suanning us one by one...sob sob...But you can see the pissed off and dissapointment in his face.Sometimes,his instructions are simple,just follow and you're there!But it's through training,where we really know the true meaning to "easier said than done".Let's go guys,train hard,don't disappoint coach,and save us the blaring!

Looking at the jumpers training under Mr Seem,makes me think to myself, "Why am I not a jumper?!If only I just jumped the shit outta me during sec 1 and became a jumper!".'Cos during the hols,sprinters will train under Teo,while jumpers under Seem.And complains from the jumpers after training were "I don't even feel tired lah.".HAHA.hai...zhen shi,sheng zai fu zhong bu zhi fu...

In the past,the worst part of training used to be the 800m cool down.But not now.Today's cool down was so fun!And that was when I...accusingly deceived Isaac.

We were at the starting line,having our usual conversation "Aye...wanna slack anot?Who pacing?Damn sian leh.3 min ah,on anot?".Somehow,according to Isaac,they decided on a 2min50s pace.I swear I didn't breathe a word!

Then at go,we went off.I noticed the usual pacers weren't really at their best,so I just went ahead,qie-ing everyone in sight.=p I was feeling good!Way good.According to Isaac,James and I were way ahead of 'em.I owned the first round,but gave it to James eventually lol.Second ain't so bad.2min36s.Ok lah,not PB,but still good.

Then after that,Isaac came ranting at me.lol.Pissed that i pang seh the whole group and violated the 2min50s pace.He was lamenting and lamenting blah blah blah.When he's just behind me,3rd lol.

Sorry lah,Isaac.When the feeling comes,must ba wo ji hui.haha.

Well,one holiday day gone,just like that.Clement and I calculated the number of real holidays that we have,minusing training days,and we have about one month only!OMG!THAT'S LIKE HALF OF WHAT WE'RE SUPPOSE TO HAVE!

Some despicable and scandalous stuff back in the toilet.haha.Apparently,Nathan did something to Dom,Aaron and Jason outside of the toilet.And the trio chased Nathan into the toilet.Nathan dashed into a cubicle but the trio held on to the door,not letting him close it.But eventually he did,3 against 1 somemore lol.

Then Dom used the jian zhao."Aye,walau,let's go la".Then it was dead silent.Nathan stood on the toilet bowl,scaning the area.The trio leaned towards the door,so he won't see 'em.Dom cue-ed us to talk!talk!talk!So I striked up a conversation with Clement.Lame convo...haha.Then they crept to the cubicle beside his and hid inside.Yunli told Nathan they left already,it's safe to come out.

And gullible Nathan believed.He came out!At first,everything seemed normal.Just when Nathan was about to walk,the trio ambushed him!Nailing him to the ground.Nathan was wailing like a kid violated by MJ.oops.HAHAHAHA.And all that,for just a strike at his you know what.Hilarious.
