Who are the ones closest to you?The ones you love so much,that you wouldn't want any harm to be inflicted by. The ones that brings laughter,joy and warmth to you.The ones that cheer you up when you're down and makes you even cheer-ier when you're not. The ones that makes everything worth doing for. The ones so precious to you, that nothing on earth can be compared with them. The ones so valuable, even every single cent on earth can buy or exchange for.

Then what is the feeling of being cheated, lied to by them?

I know I would feel like the luckiest person on earth! LOL what are you all thinkin'?!

So, the story goes like this: We, besties were planning an EOEOY (end of end of year lol) party on today,saturday at Yiyin's house. Then on Sunday, we were gonna celebrate my birthday at Reuben's. At least, that was what Jiacai told me.

Knowing that we were gonna celebrate my Grandmama's Birthday on Sunday, I asked if we could postpone mine to next weekend, but they said cannot! Then i asked my Dad if i could forgo hers and i couldn't! But at night,in bed,he suddenly told me that i could not go.

Jiacai told me that i was suppose to go to Yiyin's house with Reuben,Yanliang and Marcus. The girls were going there themselves and Jiacai will be jamming so he'll be meetin us later.

BULLSHIT!But first, let me comment on the stupid cab we boarded. The driver didn't know the address of Yiyin's house nor Upper Thomson -.-. Plus, it started to rain and everything was blur! We even had to refer to a map! omg la but we eventually reached there in one piece.

So we were walking down the stairs to Yiyin's basment cum Karaoke room (the usual place we go to). And i gotta admit, I've never seen so many balloons on the floor in my life!

Ding ding ding! First sign of give away! I was wondering balloons for EOEOY party was a lil too kua zhang ba? plus,Yiyin,Reuben,Yanliang,Marcus were all walking behind me. I opened the door, and i identified the distinct voice behind that "Happy Birthday to you......". Jiacai,Justin,Kiat Jiun,Chenxi,Junxiu,Qiulin emerged from behind the curtains! (2 guys 4 girls wonder what they were doing behind there hmm...)

And there was a piece of from my vague mamory of it,chocolate with Milo 'balls' on it in Jiacai's hand,made by the lady Qiulin,herself! Wow! I mean i wasn't really surprised, but i never would have expect that!Honestly, i was touched!

Just when i was so nice enough to savour a bite of beloved Qiulin's sweat and blood, I felt this insurmountable force pushing my head from behind by Juanne! Hai hao wo fan ying kuai! Wo shan wo shan wo shan shan shan! then Jiacai her accomplice helped from the front! I pushed the cake to Jiacai's face and the whole plate just flew into the air and dropped on the floor,luckily no damages phew!

But, OMG LA! the floor was full of cake,so was my face! which i oh so wanted to eat...

Then we played games! And as usual and expected, it always fails,due to some game spoilers lol. First game was murderer. then 7-up. i swear my heart was thumping so fast that it was the only thing i could hear! cos losers have to forfeit a randomly chose song!

then we decided to change to charades!charades is so fun! especially when you see people just standing there, dunnoe what to act; and the funny things people do just to act out one word; and of course when people could guess what you are acting!

Then we decided to rest, which became a karaoke session. "Wo ai tai mei...tai mei ai wo...dui wo lai shuo lin zhi lin suan shen me..."

Then we had dinner,Fried rice! Really nice :D

Then i think,at least i think they were trying to distract me while something was going on in the basment. Besides,Not everyone was upstairs.

When we went down,the lights were dimmed, and there was another cake! Foreboding omen...

So i wished,i blew,we took photos,cut cake and eat them of course! Then Jiacai JUST HAD TO smash another piece of cake in my face. This time,much more accurate and much...MUCH MORE!Of course,i couldn't just let him get away with that, I cornered him and splat some from my face to his! and reuben's too, cos it was his idea.

So,again i had to wash up. Then it was Present time! They made this scrapbook of memory lane with everyone's wishes for me, really really sweet.

Dont belittle Juanne's doodles!It has a wonderful,meaningful story to it!

They got me a yellow shirt and a black jacket!

Also, they dragged my parents into this. They borrowed a photo album of my previous birthdays, probably from my mom,obviously behind my back. And we were browsing through it, indulging in the reminiscence of everyone's nerdy looks. LOL some em-barrrrr-asing moments!

Then we decided to try out Miss Qiulin's wonderful "biu biu biu" and "bloop bloop" game which had a horrible ending! Then Marcus made a very very very FUNNY remark! Cos in the scrapbook, i dunnoe WHY! Chenxi wrote "Happy Birthday Kenneth! Grow up!". Then Marcus said "You tell Kenneth to Grow Up and we're here biu biu biu! Bloop Bloop Bloop!".HAHAHAHHAAHA

Then we played what is the name to the game again? The one u say a message to someone and that someone have to pass it to someone n etc? yeah,that one. It was hilarious! Not once was the message correct! It just had to be screwed up somewhere with someone! and Marcus and Jiacai was laughin their asses off dunnoe why.

Probably the funniest one was, the original message was "(from Mocca advert) Hi, i'm selling my house. it is clean and green with 3 huge rooms. my bedroom is over there! My kitchen is over there! This is my beautiful bathroom. Check out my matching pipes." And do you know what it became?! it became "This is my horse(house), it has big boobs (huge rooms)." ! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Well, at the end of the day,although you guys didn't really caught me by surprise,i am still grateful and thankful for what you did!I could sense the snuggly warmth. The love from the bottom of my pitless heart goes out to you all!I sincerely appreciate what you've did.Hey, If it were anyone on earth, out of the 1 gazillion people I could spend my birthday with,I am glad it's you,My Besties!and I hope I could spend every other Birthdays with you! Just one thing,don't ever smash cake in my face again -.-

P.S. I felt bad for Junxiu cos her Birthday is earlier than mine! like sunday! I offered her a cake and wished her happy birthday hor! It's past midnight! So HAPPY BIRTHDAY Junxiu!
