James is one suay kia.

He left singapore today for HongKong!

And it FINALLY rained during training!HAHAHAHAHAHA shall let him know when he comes back.

So,it started to rain about 2.30.We were all hanging around the gym area and cheering.LOL

There is no sweeter sound than THUNDER when it's training time.

"Boom!",oops!Looks like we can't run outside.Aww...

But nothing can stop Teo from torturing us.lol.not even thunder and lightning.

We did two sets of bear walk+one legged skip+arm swing walk around the 'pond and bamboos area'.Then more arm swing walk and more one legged skip and wheel-barrow.

Then Teo didn't know what else to do.haha Then Teo said "Looks like there are not much flashing around anymore ah"

Then guess what?!It began to rain even heavier!HAHAHAHA wah god has finally answered our prayers...NOT!

So we headed to the chin up bar and did 10min of relay chin-up-cycling among us 5 people.Wah,our abs and groin was like super sore.

Then Teo allowed us to rest,while waiting for the rain to subside and the lightning to disappear.To run 2.4!!!!!WTF?

At first,I thought he was kidding,but he seemed serious.

Then I suggested a deal to make with him.If we all accompany him immediately to ChongPang village to treat him sugar cane juice,we don't have to run.HAHA great deal huh but apparently Teo thought otherwise.

Then the jumpers training had ended,and Meng Xuan was walking towards us.Then I was like "Aye Meng,let's go Chong Pang.Drink sugar cane juice." and he asked "Huh,when?" I said "Now la,now!Let's go let's go!"LOL

So it was only a matter of time we run.But Teo cut it to 4 rounds.

I could only lead 2 rounds then gave it to Dom and Yunli liao.=p

Though we didn't meet Teo's timing,it was a not bad run =)

Oh,I know this might seem gay.But I broke my middle finger nail while wheel-barrowing!Ouch!It was bleeding.And it hurts now...

Looks like it's about time I cut my nails.haha
