Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse.I was wrong!
Training pace just stepped up a notch!
Nah...make that two notches!
Teo seems to be running for time lately.He wanted us to end training by 4:29pm!
So everything was *snap* *snap* *snap*,that fast.Not really enough time for rest.But we pulled through anyways.
Teo gave us a lecture after training,for a few agendas.Not following his instructions,not making a conscious effort to improve,time-delaying....yeah,you get the idea.
Nathan hasn't been in tip-top shape lately.We believe you can do it,Nathan!When the whole world seems crashing down right before your eyes,you still have us!Don't give up,you have our support!
