2.00pm-5.00pm - HEAVY rain.

Monday, 19/11
since 12 noon - Dark ominous clouds

1.30 pm - Slight drizzle

1.40pm-2.00pm - Raining cats and dogs

2.00pm-3.00pm - subsiding

3.00pm(start of training) - Drizzle = Still have to run outside

I'm tired of lamenting...haha

But the weather was cool so it was fairly easy.

Everyone was waiting for Teo to arrive,or rather not waiting for him to arrive lol.

And Isaac,that bastard,came walking to us exclaiming "Hey,Teo message me,he not coming today!".

Everyone was over the moon,exhilerated!Then Isaac added a "Just joking...".

We bashed him.lol

Then when Teo arrive, he said "*Sigh* Ok,guys." everyone thought that we were gonna have some new workout or something,super happy.Then Teo looked at us and said "It's still 20x100 lah!" HAHAHAHHAHA.

Teo is crazy!He demanded EVERYONE to leave the school before 5pm!So he told us to do the stretch at our own timing,instead of the usual fixed time.

After training,when everyone was changing up and all.Teo said "If everyone is not out by 5,I'll add somemore workouts to Wednesday."Wah,everyone chionged!

'Cos Teo and Isaac was heading towards J8,we parted at the school gate.Then 'cos Nathan didn't changed yet,Teo said "No going back to change ah" Then we orh ok lol

Then Teo and Isaac walked to J8 while we walked towards the market.Then Nathan went back to school throught the back gate.LOL

I bought coconut!For those still training,under Seem.So James and I went back to school from the market.James so selfish,don't want me to buy for them.I'm so nice :D haha
