Wanna know who's the most yang guang nan hai?

Its....*drumroll*...Mr Teo!

Everywhere he goes,the sun follows.

I woke up this morning,and I heard the titter tittar of the rain outside.And I thought to myself "Argh,damn,not now...".

It never seems to rain at training time!!!Rahhh!

And what's worst is that the track would be wet after the downpour,so it'll be super slippery,so more effort to run!And we'll be sticky 'cos it was still drizzling.

BUT!One good thing is that we won't 'overheat' due to the cool weather.=)

The pace of training hastened today!Dunnoe why,teo wanted to end training at 5.So he cut short our rest time!No fair!Anyway,we succeeded.

And when everything seems like hell,a saviour,a goddess descended upon us,to alleviate the pain.Ms Cheang!They talked and talked and teo got off our backs.lol.

And we eavesdropped,Cheang was talking about Cheang,if you(trackers) know what I mean.

Everything seems easier when Teo is not there.We completed our bar exercise fast and with ease.

And then,there was cooldown.haha

Damn,I should really stop those late nights.
