And he was in Bishan Stadium,today morning.

In his bag was two "Get out of training" passes for each of us!

But that came with a price!He surprised us with the opening workout,2.4 run!

Isaac didn't really met his expectations,but he was magnanimous and gave us a second chance,800m!Huge burden on his shoulder that he had to carry while running.

All hail Isaac for saving our asses!

Felt like shit,but heck,it was worth it!

Nathan sprained his ankle while running.So hope he'll use the break to recover.Get well soon,Kai Ma!
