Dining with awe
Two nights ago,I dined at this restaurant,"Long Beach".My dad was having his annual 'reunion dinner' with his old Oriental Hotel colleagues.

Everytime my Dad drove past 'that cool restaurant at the top of a hill',it never fails to intrigue and marvel me.I always wondered how it would feel like being there.

And two nights ago,I was there!In the midst of the umbrage of tall big trees,the whole ambience was fantastic!

At the waiting area,oblivious of what was going on (due to the overwhelming crowd),there were many ang mohs around;and my first notion was that it was a western restaurant.

However while walking to our VIP room,I realised it was a chinese restaurant!And it was pretty shocking to see ang mohs lao-ing yu sheng.LOL!

I love the VIP rooms.I observed the lights in awe.Apart from the magnificence of it,it was pretty smartly constructed,smart use of mirrors.

We did something sneaky that night.When the Yu Sheng was served and the waitress was outside,we dumped in a whole box of salmon!Wahahahaha yum yum...

And we bought abalone to add into our soup.LOL!

Overall,it was a breathtaking experience dinning there.The view is absolutely stunning and romantic.Shall bring my future girlfriend there!Look forward to patronizing it again!

Oh,and the waitress was chio!
