A hefty price to pay for
Finally got a replacement for my ancient,problematic,spoilt Z520i.A W580!

And whoa,does it come with a hefty price.And I don't mean in terms of money (although it was ex).

After browsing the brochures and phones exhibited at a Sony Ericsson road show and Singtel and Sony Ericsson,my Mummy and I finally returned to the road show.Unfortunately,the ravishing lady wasn't there anymore.(My Mummy said that.)

After some internal debate and persuasion from the sales assistant,my Mummy finally beared to part with $438.

So they happily took out a new set,opened it,took out the phone and inserted a sim card for me to test.However,I realised the Sim card wasn't inserted properly.And they realised she had inserted it wrongly and was got damn hard to take it out!

So one of them ran to the shop to get it out.

At that moment,my Mummy was already jaded,impatient,annoyed and furious.

Everyone was apologising for letting us wait so long,except the salesgirl who served us.Instead,she was telling my Mummy to "relax..." Uh oh,that sparked off my Mummy's anger.And she wasn't one to lose her temper easy.

She scolded her,and she was utterly stunned!I tried to hold her back and soothe her anger.Then she snatched the cash from her hands and stomped off.Ok,at that moment,I was utterly stupefied too.

Eventually she caught up and kept apologising and reiterating that they've opened a new set,they cannot not sell it.But my Mummy won't settle unless they would open a new set.She was infuriated that 1)If the saleslady wasn't sure how to insert the Sim card,she should've asked for assistance 2)She was tired and there was no seat 3)During the process of extracting the Sim card,don't know how,that the phone might be damaged.

On account that I liked the phone and that the promotion ends today,she went back.

And true enough,the phone was damaged!Whether or not the Sim card was inserted properly or not,the phone couldn't read it.

So they had no choice but to give us a new one,a working one,that is.

Sigh,if I knew that buying a new phone would incurr so much trouble,I should have just stayed at home with my Mummy.
