"You gain something,you'll lose something."-Yiyin
This might be one the weirdest examples of "perseverence".

People say your cai shen ye comes in many forms...Ok,I said that.lol.Today,my cai shen ye came in the form of an auntie.

So I was walking to the MRT station with Yiyin when i saw her swinging her bag of oranges.Then it hit me at the back of the head,HARD."OH MY GOD!Where's MY bag of oranges!"

So I ran back to the kopitiam we ate at and found that the bag wasn't on the seat anymore.

I asked all the cleaners.All the people sitting at where we were sitting at.All the people sitting around there.But nobody has seen it!T.T

My mind was so luan.Don't know what to do.And I tell you,when you're desperate,you lose your sanity.I kept going back to the table to look,even look underneath,hoping it would appear.

Yiyin was telling me aiya nvm la,orange only.But!My ang paos also inside!

Then I remembered what Yiyin said just now.'Cos she and her cousin became good friends over Chinese New Year.And she said she has a feeling she'd lose something,cos she gained a friend.

And I won $20 from gambling!So I was gonna lose my oranges and angpaos?????

I was pacing up and down,listlessly.Then I realised I look like an idiot and I wanted to si xin.But I wanted to try one last time.So I looked around for any cleaners to ask again.But i thought there was a higher possibility at the other end so I walked there.

Then she was like a goddess descending from the sky,extending her golden hand out to me.An auntie sitting a few tables away from ours waved to me.She told me that she saw this China cleaner took it.So I questioned him,again.

Once again,he denied seeing it.But the auntie insisted that she saw him took it.Then he told me in chinese "Oh,oranges ah?I thought you asked about a wallet." and he returned me.

*Heave a sigh of relief* I regained my sanity and my composure.
