Warmth in the Rain It was raining jaguars and huskies today.
And Teo had to further dampen our spirits by demanding us to run in the rain!Argh!
And to make matters worst,the rain got heavier!It was like a blanket of H2O molecules!But that's his motto,"Rain or shine,training persists!"
Our jerseys got so sticky to our body,that we decided to flaunt our macho assets and run topless!lol O wells,at least it ain't freaking hot...
Just when we thought it couldn't get any heavier,after training,it did!Talkin' about expecting the unexpected.
Dominic,Yunli,Clavance,Qihang,Louis and I cuddled under 3 umbrellas and trudged towards J8!Clavance almost slipped and fell on his butt if it weren't for me haha.So we decided to wait for the bus,which was a long 20min wait!
So we chatted and chatted and Qihang told us a hilarious joke.Last year,when he went to find Mr Ian Chew to join the Basketball team,he said "Erm,can I see Mr Lan Chew?" HAHAHA and Mr Chew just chuckled.Throughout the whole conversation with him,he addressed him as "Mr Lan Chew!"And at the end of it,Mr Chew had to tell him "Erm,I'm not Mr Lan Chew..."
At J8,we indulged ourselves in a bowl of hot,delectable Black Sesame Paste at the basement.Dom told us it was good,guo ran ming bu xu chuan!
It was simply shiok to savour a hot bowl of dessert on a rainy day like this.But there was something more than that that thawed us.It was that heartwarming feeling of doing everything as a team.
