Greetings!No,I've not died...I've just been savaged from the evil seductive clutches of Lazytown.
...So come on Home... Last Saturday was Catholic High's annual Homecoming cum Family day!
STEP 1) Now,I want you to stop what ever you are doing right now.Get your hands off the keyboard and mouse.Sit up straight.Take a deeeep breath.Put your right hand on your chest,and touch your heart.And ask yourself this:
"WAS I THERE?!" (If your answer to this question is yes,please proceed to 2a. if not, 2b.)

Homecoming day was da bomb!Initially I thought it would just be another history-repeat-itself,sleep-inducing,embarrasing carnival.But this is one of those moments where I hope I was wrong.
And I was!Trodding my way from training at Bishan Stadium in the morning,I was rejuvenated by the heartwarming scene through the side gate.I actually couldn't count the amount of people just on the track and field alone with my two hands and feet!
There football fanatics-Kids,Teens,Dads,Teachers-having a ball of their time in the field;Fun-seekers surging towards the core of the school.Speaking of gateway to heaven.
This year's carnival has expanded beyond its miserable limitations in the Plaza,seeping into the both canteens,carpark and classrooms.
There were more food stalls offering edible food,more unreasonable-priced yet seductive and addictive games and most of all,more people!
It was heartwarming,watching the Sec3 Spors Class juniors,filling in our shoes,tending the Dunking Pool stall.Recalling all the frantic last-minute-jobs done unsurely,incurring Mr Goh's wrath for all the smallet of follies,yet in the end have so much fun,it was worth it.And I'm sure they would agree.
Veronica,her brother and I explored the heavenly paradise together.Her brother chose hand-made (and as V would add,made by a guy) burger over delivered (Pelican Pizza) Pizza!How crazy is that?lol But her brother was so cute.
I have a complain!I went to try my hands on Archery,where I was given 4 arrows to burst a balloon.My arrow flew right into the heart of the balloon,AND BOUNCED RIGHT BACK!Huh?!
Immersing myself in the heart of the crowd;jostling and rubbing elbows;deafened by the uproarious laughter and chattering;seeing ear-to-ear-smiles imprinted on everyone's faces;nothing beats this.
