"What goes up must come down."-Oh,how I wish Newton was wrong. Return-of-The-Script Day today.God must be playing with me.
First paper returned was English Compre.19/25,not bad :D
After 2 hours or so of Mr Heng's hollering through the mic,was Mu Lao Shi's turn to further deafen us with her high-pitched voice during Chinese.Ying Yong Wen: 17/20-1m was wrongfully minused 'cos my title wasn't centralized!Zuo Wen: 54/70 :D Well,paper 2 wasn't as well.This once when I finally did well in the 'zong he tian kong','li jie wen das' and 'chang wen suo duan' sections,it had to compromise my 'yue du li jie' 's,so it ended up like an average score of 68/110.Anyways,I'm still over the moon 'cos for the...second time since last year,I've achieved A2 for Higher Chinese!
After recess was a disaster...SS paper.After Mr Krishnan's hypnotising,long,usual preamble- motivating speech (though with good intentions),the scripts were passed down.I got 15/25 for Source Base!And I thought I did well for it;I always did well in SBQ...I actually got 0 for part (b)!To futher agitate the wound,the essays were returned;the essay I thought I did well in didn't and the essay that I thought was a goner,wasn't!So things just aren't going my way for SS...Dropped from A1 84 to B4 64..........................
After a short break,my scab was peeled off and stabbed deep in by the English Summary paper.Everyone was devastated!We drilled so much in compre that we became so careless in Summary...I got 10/25!5 for content-due to imprecise points!
