Grim Gym

Training at NJC today was a knockout.

Haven't had gym training for a long, long time; everything looks foreign to me! But I must say, NJ's gym is quite well-eqquiped.

Gab is insane - kept asking me to do immediately after the 3-person rotation! I was utterly shacked to the bone... After that, when we strided, I could barely feel my arms! They were but an extra burden dangling at both sides...

New Year Resolution '09: To Bulk Up - and fast!

After training, we sang 'Carris' (sp?) her Birthday song and they bought her a chocolate cake.

Thank my dad he was there to pick me up and to give Qiulin, Jason and Ashwyn a lift home...Or I would've just laid in the bus, paralyzed by lethargy...
