Woke up at 9am by a series of nightmares I had! (Or so I think...I can't remember.)
I don't know why, but I keep having nightmares that involves me in my bed.
It sucks to wake up from a nightmare, in bed, still in a dream - you get that? haha
Looking forward to Training later in the afternoon - trainings have been fun.
Qiulin brought this box of ... ... snacks? which Shalom and Amanda were busy promoting. Shalom offered me this piece of what she told me was Pineapple Tart after training. Well, apparently, it didn't taste anything like that - it was flaky and crunchy and all - but I kept mum. Then Qiulin told me later on that there were pineapple tarts, prawn rolls and some cornflake thing inside and what I ate was probably the cornflake thing. HAHA!
And wow, cat-high-trackers! Ashwyn from the cross team just did 20 x 200m yesterday! :O Reminds me of those days with Teo...Those, hardcore, tormenting, exhausting, days... hahaha
Think you've been eating healthily? Think again...What may look harmless (or less harmless) on the outside, may not be just the same on the inside. Here's what've been deceiving you again and again:
1. Bran Muffin
2. Chicken Caesar Salad
Culprit to blame: A flood of fatty dressing and blizzard of Parmesan cheese and croutons.
3. Tuna Melt
4. Chicken Wrap
5. Turkey Burger
6. Fruit Smoothies
7. Granola Bar:
Culprit to blame: The glue that keeps the bar together: High-fructose corn syrup
8. Pasta Salad
9. Yoghurt with fruit on the bottom:
Culprit to blame: These yoghurt cups pack as much sugar as a can of soft drink! "Almost all of what comes direcly from the "fruit" is high-fructose corn syrup. "
10. Bagel with Cream Cheese
11. Pasta Primavera
12. Dried Fruit
13. Fish Sandwich
14. Stick Margarine
Those that I've elaborated are what I find most utterly astonishing! To think I've been scammed fr so long.(Taken from: http://health.msn.com/nutrition/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=100230937&page=1 )
